The Only One - Black Veil Brides ~Chapter 25~

Jake stood to my right while Andy stood on my left with his hand entwinded with mine, we were standing outside of the concert hall to see Bret's band, The Relapse Symphony play. We had been in line for almost half an hour now, and the line was already packed with fans waiting to see the show, which was most likely to see Falling In Reverse who which was the main band who were going to be playing today. We were getting closer and closer to the door, but even so it was still quite slow due to all the people pushing and shoving to get inside.

"When I said I would love to see them play, I had no idea that one, that their would be this many fans and two, them playing as an opening for Falling In Reverse," Andy said as he was shoved a little bit before re-righting himself.

"When I see Alex and JC I am blaming them," Jake said as he was pushed into someones shoulder, "sorry."

"It's okay," came a feminine voice with accent. I looked to see a girl smiling at Jake, I glanced over at Jake.

His cheeks were a soft pale of pink, and he stared intently at the girl. He followed her as she walked away with her friends as Jake was pulled off from the side by a familar face, that same person took my hand in theirs and pulled me and Andy out of the line and off to the side to head backstage.

"Hey Lil' L!" the one who pulled us out of the crowd said, "Lil' J!"

"Lil' J?" Andy asked almost bursting into laughter.

"Yep, since these two are younger than us," the guys said smiling, "I'm Brandon."

"Hey I'm Andy," he said waving, then placing his arm over my shoulder.

"I know, Bret has already told us about you," Brandon smiled at Andy.

"Hey Lil' L!" the one who pulled us out of the crowd said, "Lil' J!"

"Lil' J?" Andy asked almost bursting into laughter.

"Yep, since these two are younger than us," the guys said smiling, "I'm Brandon."

"Hey I'm Andy," he said waving, then placing his arm over my shoulder.

"I know, Bret has already told us about you," Brandon smiled at Andy.

Andy smiled back at him, while somewhat moving closer to me, he was somewhat nervous about meeting the rest of the guys. Brandon elbow Jake drawing his attention away from the girl in the line, Jake turned finally noticing Brandon, he waved at him before acting like an idiot with him, like normal. I sighed happily as we began to follow Brandon back stage, I stayed close to Andy since he knew his way around backstage areas. Jake and Brandon were walking slightly in front of us talking conversing on random talk which I had practically grown up with.

We walked into a dressing room with a piece of paper on the door which read The Relapse Symphony, Brandon open the door and someone slammed into the door, causing it to slam into Brandon.

"Fuck!" Brandon screamed and laughed as he held his arm.

"Sorry!" a deep voice corsed through the wooden door.

The door was opened again and a skinny guy was showed in the door frame, he had a small goatee on his chin and was rubbing his shoulder from where he rammed himself into the door.

"I was framed man!" He cried to Brandon as he flew his arms in the direction of someone within the room.

"Hey Tyler," Jake said casually to break up the commotion.

Tyler glanced over at Jake and then smiled widely and cried loudly, "LIL' J!"

Jake was then engulfed in a hug, which knowing from expierence was quite suffercating. Jake began slapping Tyler's back to attempt to get him off him, Andy began sniggering as his friend tried to free himself from Tyler's grasp. Tyler looked up from Jake's shoulder and saw me, he released Jake and ran to me and swooped me up into a hug. Andy quickly moved out of the way as Tyler began to spin me, I heard three more familar voices as Tyler spun me around and around before finally gently setting me down on the ground by Brandon who placed his hands on my waist to stop me from toppling over. Tyler walked over to greet Andy which as usual was a hug.

"Nice to meet you! I'm Tyer!" He said as he released Andy.

"Don't mind him," Bret said, "He is always like this."

The two oldest members of the band waved politely at Andy.

"Hey I'm JC," said the one with the shorter hair, who then began to fix his fringe.

"And I'm Alex," said the other.

"Hey," Andy said lightly. Jake standing next to him, "I like you piercings."

"Thanks man," Alex said.

We walked into the dressing room a chill out for a while, the guys drank while I sat on Andy's lap with a can of Coca Cola in my hand. We were there for a while and the guys asked Andy questions about what kind of person he was and about the BVB. Not long after someone knocked on the door and poked their head into the room.

"You guys are on in five minutes," he said.

"Alright!" JC yelled excitedly.

"We will see you guys after the show," Bret said as we spilt off in different directions in the hall.

We ended up right up against the barricade, since we managed to get into the main hall area just as people began to enter, screaming happily. The show began with the roar of guitars and the crashing of drums, the lights burst on causing the room to be filled with excited crys.

Bret looked into the crowd a smile on his face, "This is a song for the forgotten."
